Living in a Concrete House

It took a while, but I finally finished it. I made what may be the most structurally secure building in the greater Los Angeles area. I stayed away from many of the weaker building parts like wood, and instead used concrete to create the entire building.
Why?

Because Los Angeles has ruined 3 of my houses already with its earthquakes. I’m tired of having wooden boards fall from the ceiling and splinters shooting across the floor every time an earthquake decides to rock the LA coast.

So this time I tried to design a house that will withstand the quake. I made a house purely out of concrete.
Instead of a standard roof, I created a concrete dome using some concrete grinding equipment I found online. Dome roofs can withstand even the toughest waves.

I used some insulated concrete forms for the floor that perfectly shaped the ground into a powerful base, so I’m not worried about large cracks in the floor. Though I made sure to use some cement floor grinders to make the floor more livable. I do want to live in a nice place, even if I am focusing on making it earthquake proof.

It should be perfect. I’m tired of losing my possessions underneath the rubble of an earthquake. Now I expect to finally be ready.
